The Job is: 

You will be responsible for carrying out customer support both remotely and onsite. You will be required to implement new IT projects work closely with other engineers in Zenotec.

The person we are looking for is:

  • Must have good customer service skills
  • Good troubleshooting methodology and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • A multi-tasker with the ability to prioritise effectively and communicate efficiently
  • Strong knowledge of networking an advantage
  • Active Directory experience
  • Experience with some AV products and backup
  • Experienced at working with MS Office 365, Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2012; and Windows 7 & 10
  • Microsoft Azure ability would be an advantage
  • Educated to 3rd level or with 5 years relevant field service experience
